The British Grassland Society 79th Annual General Meeting to be held at 17.30 hrs BST, Tuesday 27th June 2023
To all BGS Members, and Local Society Secretaries
The BGS Summer Meeting will take place during 26-28th June 2023 in North Wales. An important element of the Summer Meeting is the BGS Annual General Meeting and this will take place at Glynllifon College during the early evening of the 27th of June 2023 starting at 17.30 hrs.
For those who cannot attend the summer meeting, a link to join the AGM virtually will be available through Microsoft Teams. In order for us to manage the process as smoothly as possible we will need you to inform the BGS office if you will be attending online. Following registration, we will then issue the appropriate documents and a meeting link for you to take part.
The BGS constitution states that no business shall be transacted at any general meeting unless a quorum is present, and so your support at the AGM would be greatly appreciated.

Please join the meeting 5 – 10 minutes before the designated start time to allow for any issues that may occur with connections.
