Treating Slurry as an Asset – David Cosford & Mike Clarke, Ekogea UK Limited  
David and Mike will outline how some exciting technology can be used to harness the N and P from slurry and return water that can be re-used or discharged.  They will talk about the role their BioComplex can play in adding value to the farm and ‘long term’  sustainability in general. David is Director of Ekogea whilst Mike is Head of Animal Health.  They have helped to develop the concept of the Circular Farm Economy and are keen to encourage farm businesses to utilise all available business assets as effectively as possible.  This can help to reduce costs, improve efficiency and thus profitability, whilst also developing more sustainable solutions to secure a farm’s long term future.
