+ Silage Competition Results

Rhun is a forage/silage researcher, lecturing in silage science plus farming in the hills above Aberystwyth. His work includes trials evaluating grasses and all forage legumes available in the UK. He has tested many of these species in a range of ensiling conditions. Recent work on red clover has highlighted the potential of the species and enhanced knowledge on how best to manage and ensile it. Rhun designs trials to produce information that can be applied on farm and presents information clearly.
