Tim runs their family farm near Shrewsbury in Shropshire with his wife, Louise, and his parents, John and Chris. They have been organic since 2000. The 300-cow grazing based spring block calving herd is managed with 80 heifers and they finish 150 beef cattle per year, mostly Aberdeen Angus crosses. The farm is managed using many ground-breaking, innovative and environmentally sustainable techniques.
